Overview

CCAD maintains work routing documents, known as travelers, within the PageMaker® desktop publishing environment and, in the case of some files, in an HTML format. Over 20,000 work order documents exist in the system, and each of these documents typically undergoes some level of maintenance each year. Huge amounts of redundant data cause huge amounts of redundant editing and modification and, consequently, CCAD is typically weeks, if not months, behind schedule in traveler document development for newly inducted work programs.
