Overview

The LVC project is a three-year program supporting the analysis of critical part management at CCAD and Tinker AFB. Results of this analysis include the implementation of technologies and process improvements supporting critical part anticipation, solution presentation and solution management oversight. The project will also leverage and implement principles of advanced supply chain management throughout the program.

In the first year of the effort, KBSI will focus on identifying the current and required practices associated with the critical part value chain. A solution demonstration will be provided in a selected area of analysis, and plans for technology implementation and process improvement will be generated, driving the requirements for years two and three of the project.
