Overview

This project focused on developing a database management system able to integrate bill of material data from seven rotary wing aircraft types. CCAD was storing weapon system BOM data in flat file formats that were difficult to maintain and update. In response to this difficulty, KBSI constructed a database to load each BOM and an interface to support data search, review, and reporting capabilities. In addition, KBSI developed batch utilities to perform part prescreening against FLIS and Haystack part identification and ordering systems.
