Overview

KBSI worked closely with the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center in a TTOES Phase II project task that focused on the challenges faced by the Commodities Production Division (LIP) in managing and maintaining facilities and equipment for executing aircraft production workload. This management includes determining whether to replace or maintain current aircraft production assets or make new and/or additional capital production expenditures.
