A Systems Thinking Approach
In determining whether the implementation of an application will benefit an organization, consideration must be given to the ramifications on the business as a whole. The impact of the new technology must be considered for each aspect of the business (or enterprise), such as the IT department and its assets, corporate administration, other in-place systems, employees/users and operational characteristics, as each of these components is critical in performing the organization's mission. This kind of "systems thinking" (or systems engineering) approach is critical to an organization's ability to effectively respond to market change and to acheive continued growth.
In the two decades since its founding, KBSI has established a reputation for developing comprehensive business process reengineering, systems engineering, and enterprise archtitecture methods and technologies. KBSI's solutions reflect a systems thinking approach, from gathering the organization's needs and requirements to the implementation of new software systems, and also provide easy to use, rapidly adaptable technologies that enable our clients to respond procatively to change in their business environments.
