Overview

The eTEAM™ technology is an electronic enterprise-wide planning and management system. The eTEAM™ concept relies upon a Systems Development Methodology (SDM) conceptual architecture, instrumented with artifact management and information brokerage software, enabled through a wireless-web, handheld-based technology interface. The eTEAM™ system makes the artifacts of the product (or system) development life cycle available to both administrative and technical participants.

The eTEAM™ technology assists domain experts in the real-time coordination, negotiation, and dissemination of program/project goals and objectives among multiple domain experts at multiple levels of granularity. In addition, the technology provides visibility into the artifacts of the system development lifecycle for use by the domain experts in critical decision making activities.

The eTEAM™ technology provides an enterprise-wide system evolution support environment that helps to facilitate the management of system development life cycles.

Customer Quotes
"The IPT [part of the SORAP-eTEAM II project] resulted in the improved to-be process that may lead the Air Force to reduce SORAP flow days from 12-18 months down to 90 days. The KBSI team has helped us tremendously in moving forth with the SORAP process."
